How do I create a referral?
To create a referral, navigate to the Referral Board and click "Create Referral". Fill in the client information, select the services needed, and add any relevant notes. Your referral will be visible to providers in your network.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your Profile page from the navigation menu. Here you can update your basic information, practice location, clinical specialties, and session formats. Don't forget to save your changes!
How do I connect with other providers?
Visit the My Network page to see providers in your area. You can view their profiles, specialties, and contact information. Use the search and filter options to find providers that match your referral needs.
What information is shared in referrals?
Referrals include basic demographic information, presenting concerns, and any relevant clinical notes you choose to share. No protected health information (PHI) is shared without proper consent and authorization.
How do I manage my privacy settings?
Your privacy is important to us. In your Profile settings, you can control what information is visible to other providers and how you can be contacted. You can also opt out of certain types of communications.
